Shipping Policy

  • All items are hand-crafted in small batches and shipped from the UK.

  • Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days, custom orders will be slightly longer.

  • Orders are sent via Royal Mail (tracked48 or similar)

  • At this time, Capricorn Rituals only ships within the UK. Unfortunately international postage costs have risen significantly, and to keep our prices fair for you, we're unable to offer overseas shipping.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Returns and refund policy

  • Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened items.

  • If your product arrives damaged or incorrect please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at phoenixrituals24@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

  • Refunds or replacements will be arranged where possible.

  • Refunds can take up to 30 days to be issued once accepted.

Safety and Allergies

  • All products are made with natural ingredients, essential oils and botanicals.

  • Due to natural elements of our products; the colour, texture and composition may change with variable temperatures and storage. This is perfectly fine and natural and does not affect the use or effectiveness of the product. 

  • Please check full ingredients list before use.

  • We cannot ensure nut or allergy free production.

  • Perform a patch test on crease of elbow before use.

  • Our products are not a replacement for medical advice or treatment. If pregnant, breast feeding or on medication, consult a professional before use of any of our natural products. Most products contain essential oils or ingredients that may interact with other medications/medical conditions.

FAQs

Are your products vegan and cruelty free?
 

Yes Capricorn Rituals creations are cruelty free and vegan- excluding the ethically sourced, organic beeswax and locally sourced honey.

How should I store my products?

Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Natural products may soften in heat- this does not affect quality.

How long do the products last?

​

Each product has a 6-12 month shelf life. Check the jar/tin label for the shelf life.

Do you offer custom orders or ritual kits?

​

Yes! We love creating bespoke ritual kits or self care blends. These will be available in the near future. Contact us through the form to discuss.

Can I use these products while pregnant or breast feeding?

Some blends contain essential oils not recommended during pregnancy/breastfeeding such as Clary sage oil in our lip balm. Please check ingredients carefully and seek advice before use.

Do your products replace medical treatment?
